Shipping

Where do you ship?
The continental US. Hawaii and Alaska on a case-by-case basis — write us before ordering bulky items (boards, wetsuits, coolers).

How fast is shipping?
Most orders ship within one business day. Standard ground arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day and overnight available at checkout.

Is shipping free?
Orders over $75 ship free standard ground inside the continental US.

Sizing & fit

How do I size a wetsuit?
Use your chest measurement first, then height. If you are between two sizes, size up — wetsuits stretch when wet. Sizing chart on every wetsuit product page.

What fin setup do I need?
If your board has three boxes, you need a thruster set. Five boxes give you the option for a quad or 5-fin setup. Email us with the make + length of your board and we will point you at the right template.

Returns

How long do I have to return?
30 days from delivery. Write us first — we send a return label and a return authorization number so it routes correctly at the warehouse.

Can I return a used wetsuit?
If it has been in salt water it goes to store credit (we cannot resell a worn suit). If it is unworn with tags, full refund.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe. All processed through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. 256-bit SSL across the site, and Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest tier).
