These terms govern your use of riptidesuppliez.store (“the Site”) and your purchases from Riptide Suppliez LLC.

Use of the site

You may browse, shop, and check out for your personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if there is a suspected fraud signal. If we cancel your order before shipment, you are refunded in full immediately.

Shipping & returns

Our shipping and return policy is documented in full on the Shipping & Returns page and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are sold “as is” except as required by law. We do not warrant against normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by misuse. Surf and water-sports equipment is inherently subject to ocean conditions; you assume responsibility for safe use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Riptide Suppliez LLC’s liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
