Order cut-off: orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.

• Standard ground (3–5 business days): $7.95, FREE over $75
• Expedited 2-day: $19.95
• Overnight: $34.95

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Here is how it works:

1. Email us at support@riptidesuppliez.store with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We email back a prepaid return label and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging where possible, write the RA number on the outside, drop it at any USPS or FedEx location.
4. Once it arrives at our warehouse (3–7 days), we issue your refund within 48 hours. You receive the refund on your original payment method in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Condition guidelines

• Full refund: unworn, unused, in original packaging
• Store credit: worn soft-goods (rashguards, booties, beach mats) in clean condition
• No return: opened and used sunscreens, waxes, or any item showing significant wear

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, snap a photo of the outer box and the damaged item and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace at no charge.
